Martin McCann

Martin McCann is CEO and Co-Founder of Trade Ledger (www.tradelder.io), the world’s first open digital banking platform that gives banks the ability to assess business lending risk in real time. He is an avid technologist, business leader, investor, academic researcher, and public speaker who is passionate about the digitisation of business.

Prior to founding Trade Ledger, Mr McCann accrued 20 years’ experience creating, growing, mentoring, and investing in innovative global technology companies across North America, the UK, continental Europe, Russia, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. He has been CEO of venture capital firm, Global Innovation Ventures, General Manager of SAP's Cloud Solutions Division overseeing a period of extraordinary growth, and CEO and Research Director of software consultancy, Inn-vision.

Mr McCann holds a B.ENG and M.ENG (Manufacturing Systems Engineering) from The University of Warwick, and is engaged in an international research program with the University of Sydney Business School examining the transformation of procurement and supply chains through new platform and network technologies.
