John Davis

John joined BCSG as Managing Director in January 2011. Responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the rapidly growing tech company, John has overseen a period of substantial growth for BCSG, both in financial and reputational terms, and is now spearheading ambitious plans in the US, Australia and Africa as well as Europe. Before joining BCSG, John spent 10 years working with small businesses at Barclays. During that time, he held various commercial roles before rising to the position of Marketing and Product Director for Barclays Business, as well as Managing Director of Clearlybusiness, a Barclays subsidiary. Earlier in his career, he worked as a bond salesman at Lehman Brothers and Head of Business Development at Sky. John has graduated from Oxford University twice – as an undergraduate in 1992 and with an MBA in 1997.
