Jack Malan

Jack Malan is a founding partner of the Centre for Strategy & Evaluation Services LLP, a management consulting business that was established 1999 and which specialises in providing economics-related services to the UK Government and international institutions. He was previously a senior executive at Ernst & Young. Over the course of his career, Mr Malan has carried out many assignments relating to financial instruments, including aspects relating to financial inclusion, for the UK authorities and European institutions. He studied at Cambridge University and at the University of Muenster in Germany. He started his career with Barclays Bank international in London, Frankfurt and Johannesburg.
