Iain MacLennan

As Vice President for Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Iain is responsible for driving the Strategic Roadmap and Delivery for Trade & Supply Chain Finance, he manages the Product Management and Engineering functions for Fusion Trade Innovation(FTI)

Iain joined Finastra in January 2019, from Lloyds Banking Group where he spent six years in leadership roles in Technology and Group Transformation, supporting the Commercial Banking Business. He was most recently the Engineering Lead for the Commercial Servicing Lab delivering Agile change targeted at improving the overall Customer and Colleague Servicing Experience.

Prior to Lloyds Iain has held roles with Barclays, Deutsche Bank and ING, primarily in Global Transaction Banking. He has over 25 years’ experience in delivering technology enabled change and transformation within the Financial Services industry.

Iain holds a Ph.D. and a B.Eng. from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from Henley Business School.
