Graham Floater

Graham Floater is the UK's Chief Negotiator for Trade with the United States. He is also the Policy Director for Trade in Services, Investment, and Digital. Graham was Chair of the Digital Trade programme under the UK’s G7 Presidency, culminating in the G7 Digital Trade Principles. He was also Chief Negotiator with Switzerland and Singapore, including for the UK-Singapore Digital Economy Agreement. Previously, he was Deputy Director at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and held various posts in HM Treasury including Head of Banking and Risk and Head of European Economic Negotiations.
